Turbo's?

I was at a swap meet today and a guy has a twin turbo setup for a small block chevy with 2 turbo's and headers to mount. Turbo's are T4AE Hybrids??? I think that's what I remember.

If that informatio is close to correct, what are the turbo's and what would a pair of NEW turbos and the headers to mount them be worth??
