Well my 2 stage arrived today and the DHL box looked like 2 dogs were fighting over it.

everything was missing except the controller and a sticker:frown: :frown:

What's up with people shipping stuff like an engine or crank , pistons in a cardboard box. This is the 2nd post I've read in a week, you would think an engine would be on a pallet or a wooden box. How can they possibly think parts will arrive undisturbed or not missing. The shipper should be held responsable for lack of common sense. Sorry to hear your missing parts or that they're damaged. Crazy

they gonna call me back today and figgur it out at least they better

I don't understand the packing "issue's" lately either.. I am cleaning out of a lot of stuff and everything gets packed so it can take a little abuse :biggrin: Hope they help ya out !!

Call DHL and advise them that one of there $6.00 an hour packagers damaged your box and items are now missing. If the box was visually damaged and torn up I would take pictures and advise them that one of their employees stole parts from your box.

Damaged parts inside is one thing. A box that is visually torn up is another.

i'll give em till friday to call me back, i called turbosmart in NJ direct and they told me it was dropshipped from Cali, so they called DHL, who told them someone signed for it..yeah someone did..my 14yr old who coulda cared less what that thing looked like.

Anyway yeah box was beat down and im missing everything but the boost controller...I mean I can add some wire and a flip switch and whatever but for 200 bucks i coulda at least get the whole dang thing in one piece eh

Can't understand why someone would steal everything but the BC? If ur gonna take the other items why not just take the BC. I mean who would steal parts like that unless they were specifically looking for those parts?

Makes me think that they forgot to put the missing items in when originally shipped and the box was just damaged by accident. Did it look like someone opened the box and repackaged it?

na no theft..just them 7hr idiots kicking boxes like its funny..i'll have to post pic of the box..or go to feedback section and look at countrybumkins pack job on that 3600 stage1 fiasco..and mine looks about the same box only smaller
