Turbosmart Ultra Gate 38mm

Just wondering what the HP limit is on this wastegate? Is this unit better than the Tial gate?

I dont know if you can say that any of them are any better when you get into quality units. But I can tell you that the little 38mm ultra gate is very nice and actually flows like a larger gate.
