TurboTweak...O2 Crosscounts not moving at idle?

Not sure if this is normal for a TurboTweak chip 5.6 or not, so thought I'd ask...
Car is running great with this new Chip, but I noticed the crosscounts aren't moving while sitting still...They move great while driving....is it part of the chip program or is my o2 going to junk out soon?

That's normal when it switches to open loop at idle.
