Turning down the boost

Just put an adjustable actuator in my car, getting a little detonation. When I adjust it, which way should I turn the end to lower boost?

look at the threads, turn it to make it longer.

Thanks. i might wait until I get a new tank of gas. Car sat for 9 months before I put the turbo in, might just be bad gas.

bleh nooo!

stop driving the car now. unhook the fuel filter and pump out all of that bad gas. then put in some more and a can or two of berrymans 12. change the fuel filter too.. dont run that nasty gas through your car..
