When I turn the boost up, how many turns of the actuator rod equals 1 psi? Also fuel is added to match the boost through the chip, correct? And I turn it to make it shorter, right?

Yes, 1 turn tighter equals approximately 1 psi. I'd recommend upgrading to a turbo tweak chip and a free flowing exhaust system. If you're running pump gas only you will probably only be able to run about 17 psi boost.

Thanks for the input. I did switch out to a TT 5.7 two days ago and my boost went down from 18 to 15. I am going to see if I can creep back up to 18. I did correct my sig, and mufflers are definitely next.

Do you have a scan tool to keep an eye on things as you turn up the wick?

I love the TT chips. It gave my car a whole new personality.
