TV boost valve question

I installed the bigger TV boost valve and did not noticed any difference in the way the trans shifts. The one originally in there is the stock TV boost valve. The only difference I noticed that 2nd to 3rd holds a bit longer.

If thats all you done to your trans it might not really show, in stock tune there is too much accumulation that will soak up any extra main line pressure from a bigger boost valve also the line bias valve (if left stock) will bleed off alot of the extra boost as well. its a package thing, Try installing a good shift kit and it will all fall into place.

The trans is completly rebuilt with all Art-Carr components inculding a shift kit.

Probably should put a press. guage on it to see if press. rise is working as it should.

is the tv cable pulled all the way out at 90 degrees of the throttle plate opening?i mean at full throttle.start there and good advice boys the pressure gage is just as helpful as a cat scan sometimes when old dogg is acting up.ckperformance.com
