Hello everyone.
We have recently added two brand new Next Gen turbos to the list of Buick specific models.
Here's the details.

Next Gen PT5658:
This Next Gen turbo, features a new 56mm compressor wheel, featuring our Next Gen aerodynamics, a new 56mm inducer and a 76.20mm exducer with a 80.40mm extended tip. This new compressor wheel is combined with our tried and proven 58mm CEA turbine wheel and our air cooled dual ball bearing chra. The compressor cover is our redesigned SCP or S Cast Ported compressor cover, that has a 4" OD inlet and a 2.5" OD discharge, with a .70 A/R.
It features a redesigned ported shroud slotted design that greatly increases air flow potential to the new compressor wheel. It comes with our .63 A/R Buick 3-bolt turbine housing, and is available with or without a wastegate actuator. This specific turbo would be one that I would spec for a stock replacement application that's looking to make great power on pump gas boost levels. Or if someone wanted to throw on an alky kit, or pour in some race gas and crank up the boost for impressive hp numbers. This new turbo would work great with a 2800 - 3000 stall converter and has a 770 flywheel hp rating. It also includes the factory heatshield dog eared mounting bracket so you can reuse the factory heat shield.

Next Gen PT6062:
This next one is our Next Gen PT6062. This one features a new 60mm compressor wheel that features our Next Gen aerodynamics. It has the 7x7 architecture, meaning 7 main blades and 7 smaller splitter blades. It has a 60.35 mm inducer and a 86.00 mm exducer with a 88.12 mm extended tip on the exducer. This new compressor wheel is combined with our often copied, but never duplicated 62 mm CEA turbine wheel and comes standard with our air cooled dual ball bearing chra. The compressor cover also features our redesigned SCP or S Cast Ported compressor cover, that has a 4" OD inlet and a 2.5" OD discharge, with a .70 A/R. It has a redesigned ported shroud slotted design that greatly increases air flow potential to the new compressor wheel. It comes with our .63 A/R Buick 3-bolt turbine housing, and is also available with our .85 A/R Buick 3-bolt turbine housing. This turbo is available with or without a wastegate actuator, in both standard and heavy duty versions. It also includes the factory heatshield dog eared mounting bracket so you can reuse the factory heat shield.

This specific turbo, would be one that I would spec for a full bolt on stock bottom end or a fully built combination, that's looking to run in the mid 11's to low 10's. This new turbo would work great with a 3000 - 3200 stall converter and has a 840 flywheel hp rating. It has quickly become my new favorite and I've given it the nickname of,
THE ANNIHILATOR!

Both of these new turbos were released at the end of November and are shipping now. One more thing of note that not many customers are aware of, is that we still offer polished compressor covers and ceramic coated bearing housing and ceramic coated turbine housings, in both silver or black ceramic coating for additional cost. The polished compressor covers and coating services are done through one of our local vendors in Illinois and typically has a 2 week turn around time. I personally love the look of the silver coated turbine housing and bearing housing and actually had it done to my Next Gen PT6466 I bought for my own "87 GN "Legend".

Oh ya the silver ceramic coating is fantastic on my Gen2 6062 BB 🥳 it’s to bad mines covered with a turbo blanket 🤦‍♂️😎

Nice, my Gen 2 6062 on my Talon is rated at 750hp so these Gen 3s got a nice bump on the same wheel sizes.

Is there an option for a Gen3, 60/58?
Little 2.0L engines suck on the low end street spool but even if it's 800hp potential that's plenty. Twin scroll option even better for the little engines.

No dyno or track on the Gen2, 60/62. Working out some bugs with the Haltech, OHM engine harness and talking to the factory auto trans. Not fully tuned on E85 and WOT yet.

a friend has offered me way to much money for my 5857 that I have taken into the High 10s @ 125mph
56 and the 60 look like will be my next turbo. Im getting it done with a turbo rated at 605HP.
The 6062 was suggest its a full 200+ more HP. Im running the 5857 at 25 lb boost and the Wallace calculator shows around 500 hp to go this fast.
I wonder at what boost a 60 will push 50 lb of air with just under.500 lift at the valve I probably won't see any real gain.
I would not be looking for a turbo but I said yes to Russ for the turbo I have today ,and I like keeping to my word. He has been patient and been looking for a used 58mm BB turbo for some time. I have a few months for him to get his project ready and I want to make 3 more 10 second passes with the 58 to validate I did it.
This is a tuff move to make I have a cam with more lift a external wastegate downpipes on order and the rest supporting modes to Suport the extra HP except my fuel is at the end . My injectors and fuel pump are ups to the task of 500-550hp and this is all I need to go 10s

forgot to ask when I got my 5857 a new exhaust wheel came out a few months later. Isn't time for a new exhaust wheel ? these are getting old
