union scale question...

Can anyone tell me what the union pay scale is for a
journeyman auto technician?

I'm not union, but my shipyard is primarily. We have draftsman in the UAW, and the machinists (majority of the employees) are IAM. I know that journeymen start at somewhere in the $14.xx per hour range, and can climb the ladder pretty fast. There are a lot of guys over $20 per hour at the yard.
