Anyone know what these plugs are for? Why is a vac line missing in the first pic and where does it go? Also, what does that vac line go to that someone put a bolt in? The fan is wired to be on when the key is on btw, so maybe one of these is unplugged to bypass the fan relay? Lastly, anyone know what that part is in the last pic? It was found in the spare tire well.

The first pic- you aren't missing a vac line. A little sponge filter goes on there. Commonly missing.
The second pic is the wire the would go to the Hobbs switch if you had a digital dash. You have an analog dash so it's plugged into the map sensor. Just leave it.
Third pic - I believe is the fuel pump test wire.
Fourth pic is the sensor for the egr valve. The egr valve is commonly blocked off the prevent recycling hot air from the exhaust back into the engine. You egr is blocked off so the vac line is plugged. You can remove the whole thing just make sure you don't have any vac leaks.
5th pic is an alternator bracket.

Third pic, the green plug is for tach signal, the brown is as the Pittsburghkid stated for the fuel pump test. Do not connect these together !!

Oh man, it was tempting to connect those two to see what would start working again...but I left it alone. Good thing.
Vac is very good at about 18-19hg idle and shoots to 26hg decelerating in gear, so it doesn't seem there are any vac leaks. I'll clean up the wiring mess and tape these connectors off and cap that egr line, thanks!
