Unsubscribe to Forums

How do you unsubscribe from forums? I just wanna see new threads from forums that I subscribe to. I set it with the old format and I guess I have forgotten how I did it... Help

Up top, under "Search", "Forum Actions" > "Edit Profile" > Click on "Subscriptions" on the left.
