Not bad at all. I paid $3,500 for mine with just over 165K miles showing. It was an original owner car up until about a year ago.....lady that owned it was 60+ y/o, so you know it wasn't abused. Bishir on here bought it from her, had it for about a week, then his buddy Matt had to have it. Matt just recently bought a lower mileage Fox-body coupe, so the T had to go. Upper surfaces were faded, so those were sanded down/repainted and the small amount of rust in the doors was fixed. I'm in the process of doing some more upgrades, but even with the mileage, it still runs like a champ. Stock turbo is leaking by pretty good, there's a few gaskets that need changing out, but otherwise it's a solid, nice driving car. Eventually I'll get it stripped down to a shell and a nice paint job done, but right now it's a driver, so not too worried about a nice paintjob. I'm just enjoying being back in a turbo Buick again.....:D
