Polish the inside of the inlet bell to a smooth finish and scribe the ID onto the face of the stock turbos compressor scroll. Use a marker to mark where the leading edge of the compressor is (place it on a blade tip, spin it around)
Carefully remove the scroll and port from about .5 inches inside the scroll to the scribed line. Don't touch the part of the scroll near the wheel leading edge (use masking tape to ensure no nickage) Polish to a smooth finish (outlet too) and your compressor is ported. Use sanding rolls or cutters dipped in grease to keep them from loading up.
For the elbow, open the throat to 2.6" and smooth the short side radius. When you are done a 2.6" diameter ball should pass freely through the elbow. Double cut carbide cutters cut cast iron like butter.
