upgrading ignition help?

which msd is the best to do....i have a friend who needs to upgrade his buick ignition....thanks

DIS-4 or the DIS-4 HO. They both work fine. I run the old HO units with the dip switches in both my GNs. Don't think the upgraded version of the HO's are available yet though. MSD was upgrading/fixing them. The regular one works fine. You'll need the interface module too.
