looking for the upper dash panel that has the holes in it for the light sensor (sentinel option)

Just drill the hole in the panel you have. That's what you have to do when you buy a new panel. IIRC the hole is .750". If you need a new panel the GM part number is 25520629 and you can buy a painted one through GBodyParts.com Online
Now the sensor uses it's own seperate grille which could be hard to find.
