Upper door panels without escutcheons. Anyone doing this?

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot. There's no "interior specific" section.

My door panels now don't match my newer seat covers. Thinking of buying new ones, but may leave the escutcheons off of them. Anyone doing this and have pics?
