F&R Auto Sales in Westport, MA. They are idiots for posting this. Apparently they don't have a clue that the Internet can bite back. It's turned around on them. They are getting slammed for it. Cannot believe how much society has degenerated. We've had two major brawls here in the last two days. A pair of HS basketball teams squaring off in the second half (parents and all), charges to be filed. Then some HS football players beating down on members of their own basketball team in the parking lot. I'm guessing out of 100 randomly picked people, you'd be lucky to find 10 who are "good citizens". Over 40% would prolly have criminal records and 15% have done hard time. If we ever ban guns here (or if TX doesn't secede from the union), Russia's looking better every day!

The insane part of all this is someone from the car dealership posted this on the Internet!! Either they really hated there fellow employees or their one of the idiots in the video!!

I own a car dealership and this doesn't surprise me. I've been doing this for 18 years and know a lot of people in the industry. I had a consulting business for 3 years and went in to many new car dealerships to train their managers and salespeople. I met and know a lot of really good people in the business!! BUT, in general our industry is arrogant and it's sad. I pride myself on being an honest business person and I get voted best place to buy a used car in my local community every year in the news paper. Then I see things like what happened in this video and know from experience and being around the industry for so long that this behavior in the video is the culture of that dealership. They breed that behavior in their employees. People will eventually succumb to their surroundings unfortunately and it shows in this video. If that were my store there would have been some cabs at the front door to give these people a ride home permanently. Disgusting!

The lesson that we should all take is that the idiot who made the comment "your manager already apologized for you once.." was the one who posted the video. He was not even employed there...he was a contractor. I would say this incident killed the business but from the yelp reviews they had plenty of issues before this. The girl was fired...the large guy in the blue flannel shirt is their finance manager and is still employed.

I’ve followed this from day one.

both businesses are 10 minutes from me.

I’ve been friends with George and Tony from Palace for 25 years. Real good guys.

They have 3 or 4 locations.

They couldn’t even answer the phone for the first week. Every call was asking where to send donations.

Unfortunately it hurt business for a bit but i’m sure because of the calm the employee had business will flourish again.
