USPS has managed to deliver all my packages on time and has never lost or damaged any of them.

They really do a good job overall with the amount of mail and packages that they handle each and everyday.

Just like any job that people do " You can't please everyone all the time."

I thank them for the service they provide.

Ditto. People seem to not realize there are many things and reasons behind what may seem stupid. Not saying I agree with the way they do everything, but not every forum complainer could manage 150 Billion pieces of mail annually. I'll be the first to admit it's amazing. And I have never had a damaged package or undelivered package.
