vac brake question

Wondering if any one has had a problem like I am having. Well when I hit the brakes the car leans out. Do you guys think the booster is bad? Any help would be great

The diaphragm in the booster can be bad and leak engine vacuum when pedal is applied..u might hear a hissing sound inside the car at idle stepping on the brake..
