Actually, this was just covered recently. External wastegate hook up that is.

As far as the blow off valve goes, just tee into one of the vacuum lines on the vacume distribution block on top of the t-body. Do not use the one that goes to the fuel pressure regulator. We do not want to mess with that signal.
Whatever hose you choose from the distribution block, make sure you divide the line evenly. In other words, out of the distribution block, into the bottom of a Tee. One side of the top of the tee to your blow off valve, and the other side to whatever it was originally plumbed too.
The blow off valve needs a source that will have both pressure and vacuum, meaning any of the ports on top of the t-body (vacume distribution block) will suffice. Except for the fuel pressure regulator.
