Not a G-body but would prolly get the answer quicker with a lot more cars in production.
Q. Is anyone running an elctric vaccum pump for their brakes?
I'm currently running a 218* cam on 108*. It's installed +4* and need some help in the vaccum dept. I'm running a pt-51 with a .63 housing and a 2800 restalled D5. I'm thinking a good electric vaccum pump hooked into the brake light plunger switch would turn on when I need it thus not killing the pump too soon. Right now I can get about 3psi before it noses over and starts pushing. It would spin the nittos at will, but the MT dr's are something entirely different. I'm having trouble spinning them on damp pavement
