Vacuum Brake Conversion on Hot Air...

Considering conveting my Hot Air to Vacuum Brakes. Interested in hearing
from others that have done conversion. Problem areas, likes, dislikes, etc.

I went back to the PM. Vacuum was less than satisfactory.
I have since converted to hydro boost - it was a little expensive.

my 85 has hydroboost brakes. with the LS1 front and rear disk it stops pretty wicked. i was gonna do the vaccumn swap but when Len Freeman drove my car after a trans swap he said leave alone some of the best gbody brakes he's felt. hth

 

[Hot Air]

I have an 84GN. Put vacuum system on, took it off and re-installed Hydroboost.
