Has anyone with vacume brakes had any problem holding boost on the line? My PM just took a crap and Im pissed and tired of it and need to change. Thanks,

Yes, some guys do, but on the other hand, many guys don't. So, that means that the problem can be overcome. PM problems can be overcome also, but with the prices of repair parts today, you may end up in the poorhouse. ;)

I read a post awhile back about Bill Anderson telling a guy a trick to holding boost w vacume breaks, Is this something you recall? I think you responded to it but cant remember. Thanks

finished my conversion

Thanks John, works great,
only diff in pedals I could see ,was different pin diameters, and slightly different location where booster rod hooks up, ( you would have a low pedal if you didn't change the pedal assy) but... it wouldn't bolt up any way, as booster rod eyelet is to small on vac unit,
big thanks John !!!!!!!!

That might be pull up to pre-stage ... put it in neutral ... rev up a little to build more vacuum ... mash 'em ... let it stage ... set the e-brake, build boost and go. ;)

LOL Ahh I thought it was mechanical. Thanks, still undecided on what to do but you have been tons of help,

tired of wondering when my brakes are going to work with the factory set-up and with all the good things ive personally have heard,im nnnnnn, see ya soon

If you have another kit available, send me an email with price and where to send the funds via PayPal. Thanks!
