There is a larger steel line that points towards your DS fender, that is the vacuum source for EVAP cannister purge. The other two lines should be the same size, and either one can go to the EGR solenoid and the other to the the FPR. The big port off of the vacuum block goes to the PCV valve. Notice the vacuum block draws from a common plenum, which is manifold vacuum. The egr solenoid, and cannister purge are solenoids controlled by the computer, so the use of a ported vacuum source (like on some older non computer controlled engines) is nolonger needed, only a solenoid (hooked to manifold vacuum)to control a vacuum signal. The same goes for the wastegate solenoid, but with a controlled orafice. Also, the MAP sensor, heater control valve and air blend doors (controlled by the climate control rheostat) require some type of manifold vacuum source. So you really can't go wrong with your vacuum line hookup.
