Vacuum lines

I find that 7/32" hose is too large and 3/16" is too small for some of my fittings. Is there such a thing as 13/64" hose? Anyone else experience this?

When I replaced my hoses at the vacuum block, I used 5/32" for the line to FP Regulator, and 7/32" for CCP, EGR, and MAP lines. You want them to be tight. I forget what the PCV hose size is.
