vacuum rod

I just exchanged the vacuum booster for another one and this one is quiet and is holding vacuum so the other one was just bad.

Now of course that didn't solve all my problems - why would it ?

The brake pedal is mushy and basically just drops all the way to the floor.

I'm thinking the rod is the wrong length ? Its the same one I had on there before.

do you know what length it should be on a vacuum set-up ?

this dam thing is really frustrating ! i almost regret switching over to vacuum .

Either you have air in the system or the master cylinder is defective.
