Same as the valet chip for a GN, I've been doing those since 1988. Top speed 55 MPH (or whatever you want), boost 13 PSI, timing 18 deg., rev limited to 3000 RPM and so on. You can even have one where it hits a certain rpm and shuts down until the engine returns to idle if you want to get creative.
