Thanks. I have always wanted one of these cars. I have been a big fan of the turbo buicks... the TTA's and the syclones.....
I just put my comp 980 springs on this weekend.... and the 3" THDP w/test pipe. Man the butt dyno feels like it makes another 40hp.... I can't wait til I get it back to the track...... I made some baseline runs (bone stock) at a local 1/8 mile strip.... did decent I suppose.... I was looking for a better 60'.... ended up going a best pass (on a hot lap) ... 0f 9.20@72.x mph. That was 9 days ago. I have since put the valve springs on.....the down pipe and test pipe.... and made my wastegate adjustable. It doesn't look like I am gonna make it to the track for a couple of weeks..... I really wanted to go again before I put on anything else..... but..... I can't stand it..... prolly gonna pull the D5 converter and install my 5 disk "0-pump" Vigilante and put the 160 deg thermostat in.... and the big mouth cold air kit.... and the LS1 MAF meter... and the translator.... and the Extender chip and 60# injectors.... and the 3-1/2" MAF pipe...... the list goes on..... Need to order the Razor's Alky kit too.....
