Value ?? Super Original, Ultra Low mile TTA

My neighbor is the original owner of a '89 TTA - its got just over 5K on the clock. EVERYTHING is stock, except the battery. He's got the kit with the paperwork etc...pace car decals never put on.

I know he's gonna move soon and retire to Fla. and prolly sell the car too.....What is an accurate estimate of its worth ??

I told him I want first shot at it ...

If it is a solid roof, which I am sure that it isn't, it is worth considerably more than the more common t-top. I have a friend who just sola a t-top with about 2K or 3K miles on it for 18K about 6 months ago. I believe that it might have been in Baltimore or there abouts. I would value it about the same.
If it is a hardtop, I would guess maybe $ 27K. Condition is everything here, and I, also, am not an expert, ........on anything.......Only guessing.
