I'm going to get some good valve covers so I can hopefully solve some of my gasket leak problems by having big breathers on both sides to relieve some crankcase pressure.. I haven't decided which valve covers to get yet, so I'm looking for some input.

T/A's new design is perdy slick looking. not much larger then the stockers Powder coat them black and they look perdy sweet.

They have a radius on the outer edge to clean the AC box. they are perdy Trick if you ask me

Well, so far the TA's are winning. Thanks for the reply Dathan. Anyone else want to chime in and tell me why TA's are better?

Here are the TA covers Reaper is talking about!

Mike,

T/A has a few diff. designs. go to their web site and see the pics :)

I kinda like the new ones, but you cant leave them bare. they have to powder coated, maybe even engraved for a really trick touch.

*Edit*

thanks Nick, i was gunna post a pic later today. after i got home :)

"New" TA valve cover!

The "new" TA valve cover is much easier to install and remove, especially the bolt behind the A/C box. There is also a machined rail to retain the gasket.

[The pic shown above is of the wood mock up w/o holes for the bolts and breather.]

Nick take a pic of your valve covers :)

you do know how to work your camera dont ya?

;)

Thanks for the info. According to their website you can get them in black. I'll call and make sure that someone is there this Saturday and I'll go pick up a set.
