So right now I have the factory valve springs in......any recommendations on which valve springs I should get? Keeping my stock cam in as well

Are you having trouble with reaching rpm valve float or just wanting to change ?

Comp 980-12 should work fine for you. Maybe some research would help you find out a better answer.

Yes, I also have run 980's I wouldn't want to go much over 100 lbs springs if fear of wiping a cam

Don't all turbo regals with factory valve springs need them to be replaced?

Well If i had a perfectly good running car and was reaching 5200-5400 rpm without it breaking up or nosing over and still pulling good then no I wouldn't change springs If I was racing or trying to get every inch of performance out of it then yes maybe, there is just to many unknowns.don't know what the health of the internals are or mileage timing chain replaced ? compression good unless the OP is having some noticeable problems I don't know how much he has to gain by putting springs to increase pressure on a used cam and lifters.Plus getting the correct spring height on each spring and having the springs checked out to verify correct spring pressure for desirable results. don't know if heads are on car or off. that's why my reply was made as it was,.little more to it then throwing a set of springs out of a box on it and go.

Ah, I did write something when I quoted you, I don't know why its not there now though.

Maybe I won't change mine just yet, but do need to do the timing chain.

Not trying to be negative The old cliche if it ain't broke don't fix it kind of applies.I've seen many times working on cars trying to improve one thing and create another problem elsewhere or worse .But I am a believer in preventive maintenance.I try to read and follow recommended fixes especially if it can lead to catastrophic failure
