Valve springs

Looking in getting some valve springs for the moment . It's for a stock cam with over 90,000 miles on motor. I saw the kirben 100lbs . How does everyone feel about those .they Are reasonable in price . Also do they have internal damper??? Thanks

I used the comp 980 springs on my motor at 108,000 mi. Cant quite remember if there was more to the number. Use the search feature on valve springs. Btw, i have never been disappointed with Kirban products
