do the seals just go on the intake vavles or on both intake or exsaust ?

The factory never installed any on the exhaust side, only did on the intake valves.
If you want them on the exhaust side you will need to remove your heads and have the exh guides machined to accept these & also have to change your exh valves to new ones that are smooth on the stem and won't tear apart your new seals.
