626, got your pm, but what do I need to look for to tell if its acdelco or not? and what about the other coil pack? what do I need to look for?

The ignition module can be identified by the tan colored potting material, the part number on it (25526449) and the black finish. I believe the 2nd generation module is identified by part #24503624 and was unpainted. Both are equally good and will work fine with the Caspers tester I have.

The coil I'm less sure of. But it looks like the known AC Delco I have both outside and underneath. I could be wrong but I was mostly interested in the ignition module anyway.

dalton, I'm drawing a blank on the ignition module flat plate bolts, I thought it was just 3 spider nuts that screwed onto the 3 studs?
