vertical window adjustment

I've read the horror threads about window adjustment,but i just need to move my window vertically about 1/4" or less.
Any chance of a straightforward adjustment that I can make?
Just fitted new T top seals and the indow is just a touch too low to seal against the upper doorseal

Yes, open the panel and look for the upstop and adjust it accordingly. Leave everything else alone.

Thanks, nice to have a 15 minute fix. adjusted both pieces as you suggest and also the rear of the two felt pieces and now i have full window closure. One 10mm wrench and 3 bolts, once the upper door panel is removed.
