Vibrations at low rpms

Anyone ever had intermittant vibrations at low rpms. I mean sometimes at 1000..others at 2000. While cruising at 2000 rpms can feel in the seat of the car.. At idle reving past 1K can feel the vibrations like something out of balance.. At WOT no vibrations.
