Victory Transmissions!

Does anyone know if they are open now or not. The reason I am asking is because my race car has a Victory built tranny in it. I was wondering what fluid they put in after they rebuild one. I want to use the same kind. Also would like to see if they have any records on the car, I know they had a big fire. Thanks
