Dang, it's a youtube video...can't watch those at work.

I play....or used to. Come to think about it.....it's been a long time since I picked a guitar up!!! Need to change that.....

Very cool !!!!!! Love seeing young kids doing that stuff . I have a nephew who just turned 13 . started playing about 2-3 years ago and now he's in 2 or 3 different bands and giving lessons . for some reason he just took to it . his parents are seperated and his dad is a dead beat I try and help as much as I can getting good gear for him to play on .

few clips of a gig his band AOD did a few weeks back for family and friends .the band has been togther for only month or so . IMO they rock it out pretty good for young kids . my nephew is the one playing the black guitar .yes... I'm very proud of him .

I "try" to play. I actually sold 8 guitars to buy my T Type back

Oh, and i don't think there are very many kids his age that are going to hand him his ass in a guitar competition. :tongue:

That still doesn't really seem to matter much. Try playing an acoustic Guitar Hero in the park under a tree on a nice relaxing day. Maybe little girls like the fact that some guys play GH, but the real thing is much better and more complex than 5 buttons. Learning the fretboard and positions unlocks the brain more. In GH, you don't play everysingle note that is written in the music. You don't do sweeps or have to know all 7 modes or even scales. Been there done that.
