What will cause a car to fail the visual test on the engine? K&N air filter? LT-1 MAF? AFPR? Translator? etc. Thanks, R.B.

In California, every one of those items except the K&N Air filter. You'll probably have to pose this question to a representative of the Texas Natural Resoure Cons. Commission
