volt lite not on,bulb good help

Volt lite has power to + side but seems not grounded .Wher is sol fuse? other lites come on, i did install security sys it works, alky it works.what can i do next without ordering Caspers by pass

Have you tried wiggling the gauge cluster to see if its a loose connection with the circuit board that is on the back of it? I tend to have the same issues intermittently with my turn signals and if I push on the gauge cluster while they are on the signals will work.
