what is the correct light bulb to use in the voltage idiot light socket? what is the part number?

I'd of thought the original one would have a number like 161, 168, 194, etc on the side. Couldn't see it? Schematic doesn't say, see here: http://www.turbobuick.com/forums/2200760-post9.html I took some measurements once and what I found was the bulb draws about 300mA (0.3A) with the battery at 12.3V. Conditions were:
ignition key on.
engine not running.
plug in back of alternator unplugged and the brown wire that goes to the L (Lamp) terminal connected to ground. This completes the circuit, see schematic.
So, given 12.3V and a 300mA current draw, you could estimate power at around 3.7w or so. Did some looking at Autozones website and you can get #194 bulbs that are listed at 3.78W. I wouldn't go any higher, though.

thanx for the info... the socket didnt have a bulb in it i just happen to ask the other day what dash lights do come on with key on and my voltage light didnt light so i decided to check and those were my findings i did put a 194 in there and now its all good
