Sorry if this is the wrong place to post parts for sale from my 98 Regal GS, but I haven't been on this forum for quite a while and have some left over parts after selling my 1998 Buick Regal GS.
ZZP 3 inch stainless steel down pipe with high flow cat. It has a necked down 2/1/2" exit to bolt into stock exhaust. Pretty much new. It was only on the car for 15 minutes. $160.00 plus shipping.
