want cooler air

What is the best way to get cooler air going into the engine without an intercooler, or an alky or propane injection system?

Well, Id have to say you just discounted both ways of doing so. I mean, you could get a cold air kit, but really the differences in air tempuratures arent huge. Sure the air comes in colder, but it heats up pretty damn fast when it goes through the intake tract. You could take out a front headlight too I guess....if you were really desperate to basically ram cold air into your engine bay....but other than that you're not really gonna change air temperatures unles you get an intercooler or alky.

Bigger turbo, cold air induction, disconnect TB heater lines, 160 degree thermostat will keep the intake a little cooler, turn the boost down .
