Wanted: '86-'87 for daily driver NJ/NY/PA/MD/DE

I'm looking for another '86-'87 T or GN for daily driver use. No show cars or high dollar stuff, trying to find a good starting point for $5k or less. Must be hardtop, no t-tops. Ex race cars and unfinished projects ok if they are in running condition. Must have no/minimal rust in floors/rockers, rusty doors ok. Must have A/C, even if it doesn't work it has to be there. Nothing out there? I know that a car in my price range will need some work, so don't be afraid to contact me if you think your car needs work. I just don't want a rusty car, mechanical issues don't bother me since I am an auto tech.
