bweavy has the head board/ headliners I hear ready to put in. You could repair yours even if torn as you can reinforce it and it won't be seen under the headliner fabric. Great DIY article on GNTTYPE site on it- maybe someone can link you? The grey headliner fabric material can be found at a fabric store and adheres to the board with spray 3M adhesive glue after a thorough cleaning.

Many vendors offer the carpet set. Jax and Car Motorsports come to mind here. Sure there are others too... Good luck!
