Just buy a new one, less then $35. You dont want to that repair twice beacause of an old leaky used core.

Do yourself a favor and find a new one that is COPPER/BRASS not the aluminum they suck and fit like ****.

heater core

I needed to replace my heater core last winter and simply purchased one at my local O'Reilly's. It fit perfectly. Others will claim this is a cheap (quality) way to go but the real key is to change the darn coolant every 2-3 years even if you only drive the car 100 miles as the coolant will become somewhat corrosive. Cost was $22.

You can put the aftermarket one but make sure you find a brass one not the aluminum one.
