Wastgate sensor filter

I would like to buy a wastgate sensor filter (I think that is what it is called). I'm talking about the 1cm foam cube that sits on the wastegate sensor. I touched mine one day and it vaporized in my hand. I know you can still purchase them new, but I only need one....I hate to buy a pack of ten and have the rest just rot. If anyone else has already purchased a ten pack I would like to buy one from you.

Those filters are always on ebay for sale except by the box.
