I was talking with a tuner that is known for his good job (low 10 sec awd integrale), and he said that there is differense in the signal/voltage with various exhaust temps.
Ok , i know about that like everyone does but i thought this was for the normal O2 sensors.
So how good is our tuning with temps that varies from 800 to 1400 F* ?

The Honda type sensors, actual sensing area, operates at 850dC. Or about 1,600dF.

As long as the sensor is mounted downstream far enough not to get over it's working temp., you should be fine. Assuming the WB your using is designed correctly. If it's off, then the EGT might effect the output, ie getting the sensor actually hot enough to be accurate.

If you look right into the sensor in just the right way, when it's heated up,you can see the innerds glow orange. Be advised they get really hot to hold when doing that.
