Weatherstriping and Trim Questions

Ok,

I have not gotten in my new weatherstriping and was wondering if I can put parts or the majority of the trim back on for the areas of the weatherstriping that goes over the trim.. Can any one advise what parts of the trim I can put back on while waiting for the weatherstriping for a T TOp car?
