When the car has set overnight, and I go to start it up in the morning, when I put it into reverse, it makes a weird noise when engaging reverse. Once it is in gear the there is no noise. I guess kinda a hydrolic type noise like pressure being bled off for no more than a second or so. It does it a couple of times and only in reverse. After it warms, it will not make the noise anymore, and the tranny still shifts awesome The tranny has about 800 miles on it. And if it matters it has Bruces pump, 12" 2800 stall, art carr shift kit and a lot of billet internals, wider band, super servo and bruces sump and deep pan. I have not dropped the pan yet. Thanks a lot.

thanks I don't think its anything bad either. It seems to be worse in the cold weather, and isn't really as prevalent on a warmer morning. But like I said after the car is put in drive, it will not make the noise again if i put it in reverse. Thanks

Sounds like pressure reg boost buzz. Only cold , sounds about right. Put in Manual low next time and see if does the same thing.
